By booking a service with ESCO Pressure & Soft Washing LLC, you agree to the terms outlined below. All services are subject to availability and scheduling confirmation.

All quotes provided by ESCO are free of charge and valid for 30 days from the date issued. Final pricing may vary based on on-site assessment of the actual scope of work, surface conditions, and accessibility.

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 or 25% of the quoted service price, whichever is greater. No-shows without prior notice will be charged the full quoted amount.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Zelle, Venmo, and major credit/debit cards. A 3% processing fee may apply to credit card transactions.

ESCO Pressure & Soft Washing LLC is fully licensed and insured. While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, loose paint, deteriorated surfaces, or items not disclosed prior to service. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

Services may be rescheduled due to inclement weather at no additional charge. ESCO will make every effort to reschedule within 48 hours of the original appointment.

Customers are responsible for removing or securing personal items, vehicles, pets, and valuables from the work area prior to the scheduled service. ESCO is not liable for damage to items left in the work area.

We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied with the results, contact us within 24 hours and we will return to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
